The challenges on the horizon require new levels of adaptability and innovation from nonprofits in all sectors, and we want to help organizations across CNY adjust.

ADVANS and POWER Initiatives

All organizations go through developmental stages – those that have the most impact, and are sustainable in the long run, understand their developmental stage and consciously strive to progress in their development. ADVANS and POWER help organizations self-assess and plan as they grow and work toward achieving their goals.

Workshops, Trainings, and Convenings

Our focus on community engagement and collaboration allows us to be both reactive and informed about emerging community needs. We host a range of learning and development opportunities for CNY nonprofits on an ad-hoc
basis.

In some cases, these are private sessions where we organize a dialogue between two or more entities. Other times, it might be a public educational opportunity to raise awareness about a topic or provide lessons on organizational development.

Coming Soon: The Board Development Series is launching in October. Learn more and register by clicking here.

The Kathy Award

“The Kathy” award is unique in that it celebrates leadership qualities that go beyond degrees, awards, connections and accomplishments of either a personal or professional nature. It is the quality of the personal interactions, and the openness to change and creative progress, that is most important to the selection committee.
