The Gifford Foundation and the CNY Community Foundation are offering a free workshop on grant writing featuring consultant Babette Baker. Advanced Grant Writing is a free interactive workshop designed for grant writers and nonprofit leaders from larger organizations who want to sharpen their strategic approach to attracting funding.

- Utilize a decision matrix to prioritize programs and measure organizational impact.
- Efficiently identify and target relevant funding opportunities using advanced grants research tools.
- Streamline qualitative and quantitative data collection processes to enhance proposals.
- Develop compelling narratives that demonstrate program impact and organizational strength.
Securing grant funding has never been more competitive. Mature organizations with established programming must navigate uncertainty for the next few years. To build financial resilience, nonprofits must determine which initiatives to retain, temporarily pause, or discontinue entirely. Making tough, data-driven decisions about programming can significantly increase your organization’s likelihood of surviving disruption in the sector.
