Consultant Babette Baker
Participants will gain practical skills in:
- Calculate and communicate the full costs of programs.
- Utilize a decision matrix to prioritize programs and measure organizational impact.
- Efficiently identify and target relevant funding opportunities using advanced grants research tools.
- Streamline qualitative and quantitative data collection processes to enhance proposals.
- Develop compelling narratives that demonstrate program impact and organizational strength.
Securing grant funding has never been more competitive. Mature organizations with established programming must navigate uncertainty for the next few years. To build financial resilience, nonprofits must determine which initiatives to retain, temporarily pause, or discontinue entirely. Making tough, data-driven decisions about programming can significantly increase your organization’s likelihood of surviving disruption in the sector. This is a great opportunity to explore creative solutions with an expert consultant and a group of peers.
Registration does not guarantee a spot at the workshop. You will receive a confirmation email once we have had time to review your submission.
Please note: Participants will complete preparatory homework prior to the first session to maximize the effectiveness of the workshop.
Capacity: A maximum of two members per organization may attend.
