Workshop Series: HR + Talent Workshop

The Gifford Foundation is partnering with The Central New York Community Foundation and The Dorothy and Marshall M. Reisman Foundation to launch a free workshop entitled “Reimagining Talent”. As funders, we have heard from our nonprofit partners the many challenges that exist in today’s employment landscape: employee retention, recruitment, and engagement have all become more difficult. The nature of the workplace has changed, and success today requires a new set of practices when it comes to growing a strong and resilient workforce within your agency.
This free full day workshop will provide clear actionable strategies around how to update and improve your workplace culture and processes.
