I have successfully created long lasting programs by engaging volunteers and employees alike, complete with succession planning. I also bring strong presentation skills for small and large group presentations – both to present myself and coach others to present.

Ashlea Schad

Ten years of working in the non-profit sector, primarily with cultivating relationships for development and fundraising. I am enthusiastic about the greater Syracuse community, supporting causes including education, hunger, and violence. I currently sit on the Vera House Board and am truly grateful for my NTL experience. Had it not been for NTL I would have never met Virgie Townsend, a former Board member at Vera House. Connections and network are everything.
